Island Strong Motorcycle Association

Island Strong Motorcycle Association is a non-for-profit society which relies on volunteers and sponsorships to host the Cape Breton Bike Rally.  The Association is comprised of a committee and a board of directors that resides in Cape Breton.  The Island Strong Motorcycle Association was pleased to present the first annual Cape Breton Bike Rally (CBBR) in August, 2014.

Many local bike clubs, community members and business support this eventful weekend.  This year, CBBR is located in Membertou, NS just 3KM from downtown Sydney. The Rally provides guided tours throughout the scenic Cabot Trail. Advertised nation-wide, the Cape Breton Bike Rally has become an event that showcase all that Cape Breton has to offer.

We advertise the Cape Breton Bike Rally through a well established motorcycle magazine, “The Busted Knuckles Chronicle,” also known as the Belt Drive Betty (www.beltdrivebetty.com), which is located in Grande Prairie, Alberta.  Harold and Wendy Nesbitt, who publish the Motorcycle Tour Guide (www.motorcycletourguidens.com), distribute the guide throughout North America. Our Facebook page, “Cape Breton Bike Rally,” reaches a wide audience, while our website, www.capebretonbikerally.com reaches even a wider audience. As we take flight, promotion of the Association and Rally is supported both by Destination Cape Breton and Destination Membertou as a premier event of the summer.

The rally is four days of exciting events such as guided tours, live entertainment, games, show and shine and so much more for the whole family.  Be sure to register now! (http://capebretonbikerally.com/pre-registration).
